Details: This is what we would call medium weight quilt. The hand ties are actually really cool — they intentionally placed all the green hand tied yarn at the center of the flowers! Genius!! The only other place that has hand ties are in the purple, wide borders that are on 3 sides. The purple floral printed cotton is all flour sacks, as well as the purple back and matching purple border. The purple back fabric and border are used front to back, to create the edge on 3 sides. The edge with no border has binding in matching purple. On the back, there are 3 sides with floral frames. This maker used what she had and did a great job! There are no holes, seam pops, or tears. We found no flaws to note on the front or backside of the quilt. This quilt has been carefully washed and air dried. Please view all pictures before buying.
