Vintage Bride Quilt, Circa 1940, Incredible Quilting

Dimensions: 71” X 74”

Make: Hand Quilted, whole cloth

Stitches per inch (SPI): 7 to 8

Details: A stunning circa 1940’s bride quilt, densely quilted with tiny quilting on 1” & 1/2” scale or less (in grids and more dense in florals/frame). Note the blue and grey makers’ marks on the backside! It would appear this quilt was well preserved and never used! We were the first to wash it. This is what we would call a lightweight quilt. There is no batting shift or lumps in the quilt. This quilt is in incredible condition with no flaws to note!

This quilt has been carefully washed and air dried. Please view all pictures before buying.
