Vintage Blue and Pink Checkerboard Quilt

Dimensions: 64” X 71”

Make: Hand Quilted & Hand Pieced

Stitches per inch (SPI): 5 to 6

Details: This quilt is similar to the checkerboard block, but these squares are set on point. Between each block is cobalt blue sashing and pink sashing squares. All of the blocks are made of shades of blue, pink and off white. The back fabric is blue and tan plaid taken around to the front to create the binding. Note the thread in the sashing is brown in color, while the rest of the quilt is finished with white. This is what we would call a medium weight quilt. There is no batting shift or lumps in the quilt. There are no holes, stains or seam separations. There are a couple of very, very petite thinning/shatters. Please see pictures for reference. This quilt has been carefully washed and air dried. Please view all pictures before buying.
